Reception

The film received negative reviews from critics who compared it with director's own film Annamalai due to its similar plot.[2] Sify labelled the film as "poor" cited that the film "makes you feel suffocated and every scene is predictable".[3] Pavithra Srinivasan from Rediff labelled the film as a "ridiculous fare", giving it merely 0.5 out of 5 stars.[4] Behinwoods wrote calling it "outdated story taken in a manner that would have worked in the mid 90s".[5]

gollark: Or, well, comparatively brutally simple.
gollark: Why Zig? It being brutally simple too?
gollark: Sorry, interweb failures.
gollark: I suppose that's a problem if you have people around using 32 bit stuff.
gollark: Rust's compile times would make it intractable on older hardware.
