Coaching career
After a 23-year-long playing career Naglić started his coaching career. He coached Goranin, Crikvenica and Kvarner 2010 before taking over Inter Bratislava which he led to the 2013 Slovak League title.[1]
In 2015, Velimir Perasović was named as Croatian coach, and Perasović named Naglić as his assistant coach. Croatia was eliminated in Round 16 of the EuroBasket 2015 which resulted in Perasović and Naglić being fired. He also coached Škrljevo in the Croatian League for one season.
In 2017, Zadar named Naglić as their new head coach. He left Zadar in June 2018, after the end of contract.[2]
In February 2019, Naglić was named head coach of Inter Bratislava for the second time.[3]
