Anna-Maria Sieklucka

Anna-Maria Sieklucka (pronounced Sie-kloo-tska [ʂiɛklut͡ska], born 31 May 1992) is a Polish actress and singer, best known for portraying Laura Biel in the 2020 erotic drama 365 Days. She previously appeared in a Polish television series Na dobre i na złe in 2019.

Biography

Sieklucka was born in Lublin, the largest city in eastern Poland. Her father, Jerzy Antoni Sieklucki, is a lawyer.[1] She studied at the Wrocław-based faculty of AST National Academy of Theatre Arts and graduated in 2018.[2] She is able to speak fluent Polish, English, French and German.[3]

Film career

In October 2019, she was cast as Aniela Grabek, a guest star in the Polish television series Na dobre i na złe, focused around the life of paramedics and hospital staff.[4] Her proper film debut was the role of Laura Biel alongside Michele Morrone in the widely recognized erotic film 365 Days, which premiered on Netflix in June 2020.[5] She described the filming as a challenge and was hesitant to accept the role at first after reading the script.[5]

Personal life

Sieklucka is currently in a relationship with theatre director Łukasz Witt-Michałowski, 18 years her senior.[6][7] The couple resides in Warsaw.[6]
