History
Angolans are one of the latest African community in France, and also one of the only non-francophone African community. However, there are a lot of Angolan people not only in Paris and its suburbs, but also in the rest of France. In 2013, a Confederation of Angolans in France was created.

gollark: And are optimized for simple number-crunching workloads and not complex branchy things like CPUs.
gollark: IIRC they mostly have quite bad latency in doing anything ever, but make up for it by switching between a lot of threads while waiting on memory accesses etc.
