Elections
2014
After incumbent Republican Representative Keith Gingery announced his retirement, Schwartz announced his candidacy and ran unopposed in the Democratic primary. He faced Republican candidate Jim Darwiche in the general election and defeated Darwiche, 56% to 44%. Schwartz's win was one of three Democratic pickups in the state, as Democrats gained seats in the legislature.[2]
2016
Schwartz ran unopposed in both the Democratic primary and the general election.[3]

gollark: There are maybe 1e5 common first and last names, so you can bruteforce all likely names ever in 1e10 hash operations (maybe add another factor of 10 for spelling/caps?).
gollark: Palaiaologosososd, design a new protocol using argon2 or something.
gollark: So I guess the issue is with sending fast hashes of your name at all!
