History
On June 22, 2020, Evelyn Magley, CEO of The Basketball League (TBL), announced a new franchise called the Anderson Aces owned by Andrea Lowden & Lee McDuffey would be located in Anderson, Indiana.[1] The franchise will be part of a new Midwest Division with the Indy Express, Dayton Flight, Owensboro Thoroughbreds and Columbus Condors. [2]
Anderson previously hosted the Anderson Packers a professional basketball team comped in the 1940s and 1950s in both the National Basketball League and the National Basketball Association.[3]
