Early life

Scholz' parents are German.[1] He was raised in the Vejle area in Denmark.[1][2][3]

Career

He began his career with Vejle Boldklub and later moved to Stjarnan in Iceland. In 2012, Belgian team Lokeren started scouting him following a tip from their former player Arnar Grétarsson, who had seen Scholz play in Iceland. Based on these scouting reports, Lokeren signed Scholz in December 2012, giving him a contract until 2015.[4] Just a few days later on 19 January 2013, he made his debut in the Belgian top league in a 2–6 won away match against OH Leuven.[5] He scored the winning goal in a 1–0 win for Lokeren in the final of the 2014 Belgian Cup Final.[6]

gollark: I always find the "all rights reserved, do not reproduce, store or copy this content in any way" legal copypasta in books and such quite funny, since by a strict reading that forbids me from reading or remembering them.
gollark: Really, copyright lasts too long, but there are at least some out-of-copyright things, which these are apparently.
gollark: I mean, I do roughly know anyway but whatever.
gollark: Why would I know? I'm not a copyright lawyer.
gollark: Anyway, good work at least getting depth 3 into the realm of possibility.
