Al Wusta Governorate (Oman)

Al Wusta Governorate (Arabic: مُحَافَظَة ٱلْوُسْطَى, romanized: Muḥāfaẓat Al-Wusṭā, "The Central Governorate") is one of the governorates of Oman. Its capital is Haima'. It was previously a region (mintaqah), before becoming a governorate on 28 October 2011.[1][2][3]
