Aklia
Aklia is a small village in the Mansa district of Punjab, India. The village is 24 kilometers from the cities of Mansa and Barnala. There are three gurdwaras situated in the village, as well as a temple and a mosque. There is an estimated population of 8,000 people living in the residence/village of Aklia. The birth of the village is usually referenced to as a man whose name was Baba Aklia, he fought local wars to keep the village alive even after the villagers gave up hope.
