There are currently four recognized species in this genus:[1]

- Aioliops megastigma Rennis & Hoese, 1987 (Bigspot minidartfish)
- Aioliops novaeguineae Rennis & Hoese, 1987 (New guinea minidartfish)
- Aioliops tetrophthalmus Rennis & Hoese, 1987
