Abhaya (film)

Abhaya (transl.Fearless) is an Odia Action Thriller movie produced by Tarang Cine Productions. Anubhav Mohanty, Elina Samantray and Manoj Mishra are in the lead roles.[2] Though this movie is a remake of 2013 Tamil movie Ivan Veramathiri, the key sequences of the screenplay (not found in the original version) were based on the Tamil movie's Kannada version Chakravyuha (2016). The movie was the biggest Odia hit of 2017.[3]

Abhaya grossed 44 lakhs on its first day. It has collected 2.40 crore (US$340,000) on its first week and grossed 2.01 crore (US$280,000) in second week. Total collection of the movie stands at 4.80 crore (US$670,000).[4]
