ATC Theatre

Actors Touring Company (ATC)[1] is a touring theatre company based in London, founded in 1978 by Artistic Director John Retallack. Previous Artistic Directors have included Mark Brickman, Ceri Sherlock, Nick Philippou, Gordon Anderson, Bijan Sheibani and Ramin Gray.[2]

Since 2007 the company has toured internationally and throughout the UK receiving Olivier Award nominations for the productions of The Brothers Size with the Young Vic and Ivan and the Dogs with Soho Theatre. ATC won an Olivier Award for the production of Gone Too Far! with the Royal Court Theatre. The company pursues a policy of internationalism — focusing on bringing international work to the UK and making theatre collaboratively with artists from abroad. Recent visits include Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Thrissur (all India) and Sulaymaniyah and Erbil in Kurdistan, Northern Iraq.
