2017 US Open – Wheelchair Quad Doubles

Nick Taylor and David Wagner were the three-time defending champions from 2015, when the event was last held, but Taylor did not participate this year. Wagner successfully defended the title alongside Andrew Lapthorne, defeating Dylan Alcott and Bryan Barten in the final, 7–5, 6–2.
