2016 Southeast Missouri State Redhawks football team

The 2016 Southeast Missouri State Redhawks football team represented Southeast Missouri State University in the 2016 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by third-year head coach Tom Matukewicz and played their home games at Houck Stadium. They were a member of the Ohio Valley Conference. They finished the season 3–8, 3–5 in OVC play to finish in seventh place.
