The 2015–16 season was Aris Thessaloniki F.C. 2nd season in Gamma Ethniki. They was also compete in the Macedonia Football Clubs Association Cup.[1]

The team finished first with a 21-point difference from the second club and was promoted to the Greek Second Division.
