2012–13 Liga IV Prahova
The 2012–13 Liga IV Prahova, commonly known as Liga A Prahova, was the 45th season of the Liga IV - Prahova, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began on 17 August 2012[1] and ended on 9 June 2013.[2]

Other changes
- Astra Ploiești III, the third team of the Astra Giurgiu was replaced by second team Astra II Ciorani.
- Plopeni withdrew from Liga III and took the place of Gloria Plopu in Liga IV.[7]
- Chimia Brazi withdrew from Liga III and was enrolled in Liga IV in the place of Petrolul Ploiești II.
- Caraimanul Bușteni was spared from relegation.
- Dero Ploiești was renamed as AS Ploiești
