6 February - Chanée & N'evergreen are selected to represent Denmark at the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest with their song "In a Moment Like This". They are selected to be the thirty-eighth Danish Eurovision entry during Dansk Melodi Grand Prix held at the Gigantium in Aalborg.
27 March - Thomas Ring wins the third season of X Factor.
22 October - Copenhagen Drummers win the third and final season of Talent.
19 November - TV2 weathergirl Cecile Hother and her partner Mads Vad win the seventh season of Vild med dans.

gollark: Rust is neat, since it has a cool non-GC but still safe and reasonably declarative memory management model, a really nice type system, and good performance, but it's also somewhat more annoying for me to write in than less strict GCed languages.

gollark: Or, well, no curly brackets.

gollark: I like F#, which is a FP language with no brackets or anything which is compatible with C#/.NET stuff.

gollark: C++ is like C but stupider and overcomplicated, and C# is totally different.

gollark: I mean, I don't like C very much (as a general application programming language) because it is very unsafe, but unlike PHP it actually has... some amount of design.
