2009–10 Northern Football League
The 2009–10 Northern Football League season (known as the 2009–10 skilltrainingltd Northern Football League for sponsorship reasons) was the 112th in the history of the Northern Football League, a football competition in England. Teams were divided into two divisions.

- Northallerton Town & Seaham Red Star, relegated from the First Division.
- Gillford Park, promoted from the Northern Football Alliance.
- Newton Aycliffe, promoted from the Wearside Football League.
Division One members Sunderland Nissan folded at the end of the previous season, meaning only two teams were relegated. Prudhoe Town resigned from the league at the end of the previous season.
