2008 Fed Cup World Group II

The World Group II was the second highest level of Fed Cup competition in 2008. Winning nations advanced to the World Group Play-offs, and the losing nations were demoted to the World Group II Play-offs.

gollark: You can probably just go create an issue.
gollark: I'm fairly sure that int to float isn't upping precision.
gollark: A string is like a potato but octagonal.
gollark: Well, I guess that despite the occasional noise of `x as u64` or whatever, it's probably better that it doesn't mess up types automatically.
