Parliamentary elections were held in the Federated States of Micronesia on 20 March 1995.[1] All candidates for seats in Congress ran as independents.

gollark: So it's kind of hacky, but I *can* hook up the random stuff API to the osmarks.tk MPD server and have it provide song info.
