1982 Tour of the Basque Country

The 1982 Tour of the Basque Country was the 22nd edition of the Tour of the Basque Country cycle race and was held from 12 April to 16 April 1982. The race started in Azpeitia and finished at Lazkaomendi.[2] The race was won by José Luis Laguía of the Reynolds team.

gollark: I'm pretty sure there's *tons* of other random surveillance laws, and the NSA seems to just blatantly ignore the law.

gollark: The government here *is* apparently happy to pass stuff like the investigatory powers bill.
