The 1974 World Sambo Championships were held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia on September 6–11. It was the second World Sambo Championships.[1]

gollark: How does it stay balanced? On a normal scooter I think you just have to lean or something to manually balance it, but I don't think that would work as well at electric scooter speeds.
