The 1969 Harelbeke–Antwerp–Harelbeke[nb 1] was the 12th edition of the E3 Harelbeke cycle race and was held on 22 March 1969. The race started and finished in Harelbeke. The race was won by Rik Van Looy of the Willem II–Gazelle team.

Notes

  1. The race was known as Harelbeke–Antwerp–Harelbeke (French: Harelbeke–Anvers–Harelbeke) for the first twelve editions. In 1970, the race became known as the E3, after the Belgian road which is now known as the E17.[1][2]
