1952 Indian vice presidential election

The 1952 Indian vice presidential election was held in 1952 to elect Vice-President of India. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan was elected unopposed as the first VP.[1] Should the election contested by more than one candidate, the poll would occurred on 12 May 1952.
