1943 Egypt Cup Final, was supposed to be the final match of 1942–43 Egypt Cup, between Farouk (Zamalek SC now) & Al-Ahly, Match cancelled due to Cairo player suspension (from Zamalek & Ahly) after performing a tour in Palestine against Egyptian Federation decision, Suspension was lifted 8 months later on 19 April 1944, Allowing The start of 1943–44 Egypt Cup competition, title was shared between the two clubs for the 1st time.[1]
