Notes
- University of California, Santa Barbara was known as Santa Barbara State College from 1921 to 1943.
- cfbwarehouse.com lists an additional 1931 game against the San Diego Marines with no date. However, the Santa Barbara State yearbook only lists the games shown above. In addition, the yearbook has a different score (used here) for the game against Redlands.
- California Polytechnic State University was known as California Polytechnic School from 1901 to 1946.
- What is now known as the Pomona-Pitzer football team played using just the Pomona College name from 1893 to 1949. Pitzer College did not exist until 1963.
- Chapman University was known as California Christian College from 1920 to 1933.
