1930 Pittsburgh Panthers football team

The 1930 Pittsburgh Panthers football team was an American football team that represented the University of Pittsburgh as an independent during the 1930 college football season. In its seventh season under head coach Jock Sutherland, the team compiled a 6–2–1 record, shut out five of its nine opponents, and outscored all opponents by a total of 186 to 69.[1][2] The team played its home games at Pitt Stadium in Pittsburgh.
