Țăndărei

Țăndărei (Romanian pronunciation: [t͡səndəˈrej]) is a town in Ialomița County, Muntenia, Romania, with a population of 12,000. It is located on the Bărăgan Plain and it is crossed by the Ialomița River. It was declared a town in 1968. It is known by some as the “Beverley Hills for Romanian gangsters”.[3]
