İsmet Saz
İsmet Saz (born 27 September 1980) is a Turkish chef who currently owns the prestigious Toi, The Steeve and Bronco restaurants in Istanbul.[1][2] His signature recipes and restaurants as well as several jury positions at TV programs.[3][4][5]

Career
İsmet Saz worked at Gordon Ramsay's two Michelin stars restaurant in NYC. Following this experience, he returned to Turkey and worked at Alaçatı Alavya Hotel and Fogo Restaurant as the ‘Chef de Cuisine’. He won the Chef of the Year award at the 16th Time-Out Magazine Awards and reinforced his success and reputation once again.[6][7][8]
