Întreprinderea de Construcții Aeronautice Românești, (ICAR, also icar) (Romanian Aeronautical Design Enterprise), was a Romanian aircraft manufacturer founded in 1932, in Bucharest. The company produced aircraft of its own design and under license.[1]
