Woodrats

Woodrats were a type of rat found in various parts of the Edgeworld, including the Deepwoods, similar to piebald rats. They screamed when killed, just like leafgobblers[1]. Gabmora Gabtroll had a selection of dead animals including woodrats, oakvoles and weezits[2]. Stope Boltjaw’s replacement jaw made a squeaking sound that apparently sounded like a woodrat, according to Tem Barkwater[3].
