Woodpears

Woodpears were sweet, juicy fruits which grew in the Deepwoods. They had chewy flesh and were shaped similarly to caterbird cocoons. Cade Quarter kept some in crates in his cellar, alongside oakapples, pickled blue-cabbage, saltroot and rock-whelks in brine. They were mentioned in Beyond the Deepwoods, The Last of the Sky Pirates and Doombringer.
