Captain Welt was an officer in the Freeglade Lancers. He was a gnokgoblin with dark eyes, a square brow, and a scar across his cheek. When Rook approached Captain Welt with the desire to join the Freeglade Lancers, he initially was unwilling, but let him join when he learned he was a friend of Felix Lodd.[1]
