Rove Dugget

Rove Dugget was an experienced high-jumper. He and his prowlgrin, Felvix, started second in the high-jumping tournament that took place during Doombringer.[1]

However, mount and rider were unable to place in either first or second; instead, Feldia Dace and Cade Quarter earned those spots and continued on to the final phase[2].
