Kobold's Steps was a massive stone staircase that led all the way from the base of Riverrise to the Garden of Life. It was named for Kobold the Wise who had discovered Riverrise long before the First Age of Flight.
During the Third Age of Flight, Golderayce One-Eye built The Keep on Kobold‘s Steps.
