Kobold's Mount

Kobold’s Mount, named after Kobold the Wise, was a district of the city of Riverrise. It was inhabited by gabtrolls, including gabtroll apothecaries, and was where the best medicines in the city were produced. The residents of Kobold’s Mount lived in magnificent lamphouses.[1]
