The Hive Towers
The Hive Towers were the headquarters of General Tytugg’s elite hammerhead goblin army. They were located in the middle of a grimy clearing in Undertown, and were surrounded by a wall and a trench. The roofs were cone-shaped, and the windows were small. The interior of the Hive Towers consisted of one vast, spartan hall with a huge stinkwood fire at the center.[1] There were many ladders[2], stairways, and platforms within the towers, but no interior walls. The Hive Towers were filthy, and smelled fungal, fetid, and foul.[1]
The gates, walls, and roofs of the towers were guarded, and numerous mobgnome slaves were housed in the towers to look after the goblin soldiers.[1]
