A Hammelhorn

Hammelhornmilk was a beverage milked from female hammelhorns. It was used in oaktea and also with semmelseed cakes. It could be used to make hammelhorn curds, which were often paired with syrup.[1] It was mentioned in The Winter Knights and The Blooding of Rufus Filatine.
