The Hall of Storm Cloud was the section of the Knights Academy in Sanctaphrax where Lower Halls Squires learned the fundamentals of sailing a sky ship by building a working model and testing it to see if it can sail into the center of a miniature, artificial Great Storm. The Hall Master of Storm Cloud during the Quint trilogy was Arboretum Sicklebough.
