Greenwoods

Greenwoods are a type of tree found in the Deepwoods mentioned in Beyond the Deepwoods when Cloud Wolf's ship was struck by lightning and Twig saw it. It had a very strong smell when it was burnt. Apart from an occasional falling branch, the whiff of smouldering greenwood was the only way to tell a storm had passed.
