The emergency chains viewed from below

Emergency chains were extra chains used during the events of Stormchaser to keep Sanctaphrax from breaking the main Anchor Chain. They were commissioned by Vilnix Pompolnius with the help of the Leagues of Undertown. They were prone to breaking and often caused harm and property damage to the people of Undertown, sometimes even killing unlucky citizens.
