Barkcats

Barkcats were creatures found in the Deepwoods, similar to woodcats. The musk from their fur could be made into perfume. It had an overpowering sweetness, which was very different to the sour stench of pickled tripweed. Barkcats were mentioned in The Last of the Sky Pirates.
