The model of my modem is: ZyXEL P-2802HWL-I1, I want to change my DNS to 8.8.8.8 but I have a big problem.
There are two section for changing my DNS server:
Of these two navigation paths in my model modem, which should I change my DNS server?

I think you want to change the WAN DNS server to point to Google's 8.8.8.8 and the DHCP would either point to your Internal DNS server IP address(es) assuming you have one; otherwise, change it to 8.8.8.8 assuming you use DHCP. This will tell your DHCP IP address assigned client machines what DNS servers to use for their TCP/IP properties.

In some versions, you should go to
Network Settings -> Broadband -> Edit the connection -> DNS Servers

Local area network Wide area network there is a clever solution if your doing something w/ networking... i assume your router is set up on a lan via your isp being its fairly centrally located close to routers and switches that are hooked up to WAN network. Your server ip is 0.0.0.0 in the port forwarding well unless you can't set up a NAT instead of a LAN, WAN to initial subnet masking... you can see google images how to do this.. your modem is popular it seems just type the "modem ZyXEL P-2802HWL-I1," in google check images

@Yas . . . If you every check this or sign on again, yes, I think that's what you'll do. You should probably point the WAN DNS servers to your ISP's DNS IP addresses thought rather than Google's so something to think about, test, etc. – Pimp Juice IT – 2017-02-03T06:07:24.347
