Okay the main issue I have is that I cannot get my indexing service to start. I've tried a few commands online that people have said to work. But they don't. I'm honestly just extremely frustrated with this. I do not want to have to wipe my computer and reinstall all my applications. Why can't windows 10 just work. Why does the option to downgrade have to disapear.
