I have a problem with my wifi on Samsung NP300E5A-s01ee laptop.
The internet works fine as long as it is connected by cable but when I connect by Wi-fi it is super slow.
I know that the problem is not in the time capsule which I use as a router, because my iMac is connected by wifi and internet is fast on it.
So is there a fix for this problem?
I read somewhere that I needed to ping my gateway so I did, but I don't know what to do with these results
Ping statistics for 10.0.0.1:
Packets: Sent = 2000, Received = 1934, Lost = 66 (3% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 0ms, Maximum = 1435ms, Average = 23ms
You have packet loss. This means not all the 'messages' or 'instructions' are being received. This could be the wireless itself. You could buy (or borrow) a USB wireless dongle and see if that helps. – Dave – 2014-12-08T14:26:34.070
