Ruby error on my Mac

1

I'm having issues with my Ruby on my iMac (early 2010). I have the preview of Mac OS X Yosemite installed, but I've had these issues like forever, so I can't imagine OS X being the error here.

Whenever I try a ruby command, gems or application (like Cocoapods) I get the following error:

All of the guides and tutorials I've found to reinstall Ruby, RVM etc has never worked. Any ideas?
