Is there any tool or program to measure the network statistics ( bandwidth, latency) of two communicating points?

This should work well for you : PRTG Network Monitor

Here is a short note on it. Give you stats for client server also, along with bandwidth, latency, etc. Maybe it's everything your looking for.

I just want to measure bandwidth, latency or the other factors of the network communication across two points. I don't want to monitor it or the real time statistics. – Anil Arora – 2012-08-27T13:17:30.827
