Is there a hotkey to set the *tab* (not the session) title in iTerm2?

Question

Everything I find when people ask about setting tab titles is actually setting session titles, and I often have several (sometimes as many as 6) sessions in a single tab, and I don't feel like renaming all of those sessions manually just so I know which tab is which.

So, is there a way to set the tab title, not the session title, by hotkey (and not by double clicking the tab, which works, and is what I do, but I'd love to avoid having to go to the mouse just to do it)

Anyway, hope that I haven't missed some duplicate question, but everything I find is either someone asking something slightly different, or someone asking what I am and getting the answer for that slightly different question (session title (cmd/ctrl i))
