I am trying to connect to an ERP system hosted on an Azure VM running Windows Server 2016 using Parallels RAS. Initially, 15 users could connect to the server concurrently, but now only one user is allowed through. When another user connects to the same server they receive an error:
The number of connections to this computer is limited and all connections are in use right now. Try connecting later or contact your system administrator.
The server is already fully licensed as an RDS/Terminal Server with 15 per-user licenses installed.
