How can I force the spelling mode in Dragon NaturallySpeaking to only recognize the NATO phonetic alphabet?

Is there any way to configure Dragon NaturallySpeaking so that the spelling mode only recognizes the NATO phonetic alphabet to dictate alphanumeric characters?
